Rules & Regulations
1. To join the competition, a registration fee (inclusive of a meal for three) is to be paid before or upon entering the venue in the form of cash. There are limited slots available so this will be on a first come, first served basis. Car and Motor Clubs may opt to put up their tents for advertising purposes.
2. Car/motor owners/entries are expected to arrive at the venue as early as 10:00 in the morning where identification, entry number, and food stubs shall be given upon entry. Judging will officially start at 3:00 in the afternoon. We will no longer allow late entries as soon as judging starts.
3. Entry in the event site is limited to the participant and two (2) companions. Participants may have the option to bring an entourage, provided that they shall pay the entrance fee.
4. Competitors may bring cleaning materials and other paraphernalia to the site. The sorority will not be liable for any loss and damages to these materials. Tents are available to cover the venue and electric sockets surrounding the site will be provided every six (6) meters. All entries should be ready for judging once they have entered the contest venue.
5. Deadly weapons, firearms, liquor, and drugs are strictly prohibited within the event site. The sorority has requested the University Police Force and Reserved Army to be present during the event to secure the place; perpetrators of unruly conduct, brawls, and violators will be automatically disqualified from the competition.
6. The sorority and the University shall not be held liable for any untoward incident (proven to be of no fault of any or all of the members of the Sorority and of the students of the University) that may occur in relation to any and all services cited in these Rules and Regulations as under the responsibility of the Sorority.
7. Under-the-Table arrangements between the judges and the participants shall be penalized and subject to disqualification.
8. Complaints shall be entertained after the awarding ceremony. In addition, the sorority is willing to show the judging forms. However, there shall be NO REFUNDS. Likewise, once the car or motorcycle has entered the site, the registration fee is no longer refundable even if the judging has not yet commenced.
