TERMS (Please read carefully)
1. 50% down payment for Bare Space to confirm reservation upon submission of registration form.
2. Refunds will be made should entries be disqualified, but the cash bond of PHP 300.00 is NOT refundable.
3. Deadline of entry form and full payment will be until FEB 9, 2010; entry fee beyond the deadline will be considered as Walk-in participant.
4. Payment can be paid in cash through any sorority member or can also be deposited to the Sorority’s representative’s bank account. Kindly photocopy the deposit slip or have it ready for verification.
